Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team in cost‑effective and timely delivery of highways projects in line with programme and budget allocations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice for highways works.
- Report directly to the Senior Construction Team Leader and the Area Construction Manager.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of highways works, legislation and best practice.
- Strong leadership skills, able to lead by example and manage resources.
- Experience in managing a team and delivering projects within budget and time.
