We are looking for an Assistant Attendant to work for the Facilities Management Team based in the South East Area (Ashington, Bedlington, Newbiggin & Cramlington).
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with a \βcan do\β attitude and a range of practical and customer service skills.
The role typically involves DIY jobs, office moves (moving bulky furniture), sickness cover for Cleaners, alarm and statutory testing, handing out and collecting staff documentation, meeting contractors, opening and locking buildings, and interacting with building users and staff.
This is a Part-Time position, 15 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 4pm β 7pm).
Requirements include physical fitness, some knowledge of health and safety, and flexibility.
