ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be scheduling within the Repairs and Maintenance Department for the Blyth area.

You will be responsible for monitoring operatives and work across a housing stock for the area of approximately 3,000 properties.

The candidates must be able to

  • Create and maintain schedules for teams.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure resources are available and timelines are met.
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
  • Communicate updates to team members.
  • Use scheduling software or tools.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and regulations.
