The role is office based with flexible home-working, 37 hours per week, and a starting salary of Β£31,537.
You will assess, plan and coordinate Early Help processes, lead family plans and chair TAF meetings, and work with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes while following safeguarding protocols.
