Northumberland County Council is seeking a passionate Family Help Worker to join the Family Help Service at Prudhoe Family Hub. You will work with children, young people and families 0β19 (up to 25 for SEND), delivering early help and targeted support using a strengths-based, whole-family approach.
You'll undertake assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate multi-agency help across Prudhoe, Ponteland, and surrounding areas. A UK driving licence and safeguarding knowledge are essential.
