Northumberland College at Kirkley Hall is seeking an Inclusion Mentor to support students with SEND within our SEN Foundation provision. This term-time, 35-hour week role collaborates with curriculum teams and student services to develop personalised strategies that empower learners to overcome barriers and thrive in college.
You will assist in assessments, monitoring and review of support plans, and work with teams to continuously improve our provision while safeguarding students.
