This role focuses on developing employability, catering, and hospitality skills for SEND learners within a food outlet setting based at Kirkley Hall campus. Responsibilities
- Support SEND learners within a campus based food outlet
- Develop practical catering and hospitality skills aligned to work standards
- Coach learners in employability, behaviour, and workplace routines
- Monitor learner progress and contribute to support planning
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards
- Work closely with teaching, SEND, and employer engagement teams

Qualifications
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or higher
- English and maths at Level 2

- Strong mentoring or coaching experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice
- Ability to support learners toward work readiness and independence
