Northumberland Church of England Academy Trust in Ashington is seeking a Director of SEND Practice and Inclusion to lead high-quality SEND provision across our primary schools. This is a practical, classroom-facing leadership role, partnering with Headteachers, teachers and SENDCOs to develop inclusive strategies.
You will teach, co-teach and model adaptive teaching to support pupils with SEND, including communication and interaction, SEMH, and sensory and physical needs, helping schools build.
