Due to continued growth and expansion we are now looking to add a talented service engineer to our growing team who will help us develop and deliver solutions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibility is to service fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV & Door Access systems to the relevant industry standards.
- A willingness to deliver exceptional customer service is a primary requirement for this role, as well as the following skills:
- To service and carry out repairs on fire and security systems as well as attending call outs for fault finding and carrying out system repairs.
- Provide excellent service to exceed the expectations and requirements of our customers.
- Complete Engineer job sheets and any other relevant paperwork and return within the timeframes as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience is required with a good working knowledge of various fire alarm and security systems - testing, fault finding and carrying out system repair works.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be part of an out of hours call rota.
