Northstowe Secondary College is seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the SEND team. You will deliver targeted literacy and/or numeracy interventions with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, helping pupils make rapid progress and bridging gaps.
Working across the secondary school, you will support curriculum lessons, collaborate with teachers, and uphold high expectations to inspire and challenge learners.
