Northstowe Learning Community is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support literacy and numeracy across secondary classes. Based at Northstowe Secondary College, you will work with small groups or one-to-one, under SENDCO guidance, to boost basic skills and bridge gaps.
The role is 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, term-time with training days. The ideal candidate will have experience in a secondary setting, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to safeguarding.
