Meridian Trust is seeking a confident Senior HR Advisor (field based) to deliver high quality HR support across the Cambridge hub schools, ensuring policy implementation and employment legislation compliance. This role will involve working with Principals/Headteachers and HR Officers to support recruitment, terms and conditions, and attendance management.
