We are looking for a Digital Workspace Engineer to join our technology department, working from our Newcastle HQ. As a Digital Workspace Engineer, you will be a key member of our IT team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the digital workspace infrastructure to support the organisation's business operations. This role demands technical expertise in digital workspace technologies and a commitment to ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital work environment, with a focus on iManage Document Management product ownership and support.

- iManage Document Management – essential for this role (specifically iManage Work and iManage Cloud)

Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
- iManage Product Support & Ownership
- Working towards - Microsoft Certifications – MD 102, MS 102.
- Working towards ITIL V4
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting digital workspace technologies, with some experience in the design with sign off from a Senior Digital Workspace Engineer.
- Experience in Citrix support.
- Experience of the core Microsoft 365 Technology suite including Microsoft Intune inc Autopilot, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Copilot & Viva, with awareness of SharePoint Online & Power Platforms.
- Strong scripting skills PowerShell for automation or incident resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of security best practices and technologies including SecureScore.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assist the Service Desk & Digital Workspace Provisioning with incident escalation.
- ITIL V4 Experience, including incident, request and change management.
