We're looking to recruit a Digital Workspace Provisioning and Support Technician in London. You’ll assist in managing the EUC environment and ensuring stability and efficiency for our people in the London office. Working onsite, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and business applications and services. This could involve deploying business applications, troubleshooting meeting room equipment, anything that is needed to allow our colleagues to work seamlessly.
What will you be doing?
- Identifying and diagnosing issues and problems.
- Advising colleagues on action to take.
- Categorising and recording reported queries.
- Overseeing the lifecycle of Digital workspace assets, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Teams room equipment and our wide variety of software.
- Managing and maintaining the Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Autopilot solution to ensure a robust and standardised user experience across all devices and roles within the organisation.
- Working alongside the Digital Workspace team to identify, diagnose and resolve issues and problems whilst using your relationships with colleagues from around the business to provide recommendations and improvements.
- Effectively collaborating with the Security and Networks team to address security vulnerabilities and maintain a secure estate.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Your strong communication skills will help you to diagnose the user’s issue and to explain technical issues in ways that non-experts can understand.
- Supporting our European offices when necessary on a rotational basis, including travel to our Greek & Irish offices.
About you - Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and knowledge sharing skills to colleagues of all technical ability.
- Experience supporting users in a remote environment.
- Able to independently manage your own workload.
- The ability to develop in-house relationships with the broader Technology function and the wider business.
- ITIL Foundation v4.
- CompTIA A+.
- MS Endpoint Manager + Autopilot.
- M365 Modern Desktop Administrator.
- M365 Managing Modern Desktops.
