Company Description
Northslope provides premium Palantir Foundry & AIP development services for large enterprise customers. We solve our customers' most mission-critical problems with unmatched velocity, building end-to-end solutions that unlock enterprise-wide value. The Foundry platform was built to deliver outsized value on day one, and we ensure our customers can unlock its full potential, at speed. At Northslope, we're built different. Traditional services companies are designed for years-long, cookie-cutter projects that stay the same day in and day out. We take pride in being more like a tech startup than a traditional services firm. We value velocity, ingenuity, and grit, and we relentlessly focus on delivering outcomes. We also have fun. We work hard - on big problems, alongside sharp teammates who help us continuously grow. We offer full benefits and all the perks you'd expect of a modern tech startup.
Our Principles
- Only Valuable Problems: Not every problem is worth solving. We work on projects that will significantly improve our customers' bottom lines.
- Outcomes, Not Activity: We create value, not extract it. We focus on our business impact, not racking up billable hours.
- Forward Deployed Engineering: We never build in a vacuum. We go to the heart of the problem and build alongside our users.
- Expand the Possible: AIP & Foundry are powerful. We keep our eyes on the horizon to spot new opportunities for value on the platform.
Role Description
We are looking for an ambitious and thoughtful operator to join our team at the intersection of account expansion, business operations, and commercial strategy. This role is about unlocking value: identifying where we’re leaving money on the table and building systems to ensure we never do. You’ll work closely with our implementation teams, project leads, and executive stakeholders to drive customer expansions, enable strategic renewal conversations, and support pre-sales efforts through compelling value storytelling. You will help us institutionalize smart habits — tracking every contract, preparing for renewals well in advance, making sure we’ve set up the right external governance structures (like Steering Committee Meetings), and ensuring our work is consistently communicated in business value terms that resonate with decision-makers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a consulting background who is passionate about technology and AI, wants to stay close to customer outcomes, work cross-functionally, and build a high-growth company from the ground up.
What We Look For
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting or business operations/strategy role, ideally at a top-tier or boutique firm, with additional start-up experience as a plus
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate confidently and concisely with senior stakeholders
- A knack for visual storytelling — you know how to build decks that land with business leaders and drive decisions via PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Comfort and fluency with numbers— whether it’s building simple models or helping quantify impact, you're confident working in Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats across pre-sales, account strategy, and internal ops
- A proactive and resourceful approach — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs, connect dots, and make things happen
- Curiosity and interest in the world of AI, data platforms, and transforming how organizations operate — no prior experience required, but motivation matters
- Motivated by outcomes — you take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about delivering value
- Hunger to grow — you want to stretch beyond your current skill set and contribute to a company that’s scaling fast
