Our Doncaster workshop is hiring a Workshop Supervisor to oversee the busy Mercedes‑Benz workshop and team. The ideal candidate for this position would be a trained Maintenance or Systems Technician. However, technical skills, knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry would be acceptable. Kerridge/MBUK systems experience would be a distinct advantage.
The skills and qualities to mentor, coach, supervise and motivate a team is required for this role and subsequently keeping the workload moving and monitoring completion of work.
