Key Responsibilities Meet, greet, and tour prospective tenants Achieve leasing targets and communicate opportunities or challenges to the Property Manager Respond promptly to online rental inquiries Maintain a thorough understanding of leasing trends, traffic patterns, and available units Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of sales and tour areas Close lease agreements effectively by asking for the sale Accurately manage lead information in Resman and Knock systems Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or mail Manage the community waitlist and communicate updates Conduct warm calls to prospects as needed Follow screening procedures and prepare lease and move-in paperwork Collect funds and move-in fees properly Maintain the appearance of \’model open\’ signs daily Support customer service efforts at the community Perform other duties as assigned Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management Referrals can double your chances of interviewing at North Shore Gardens.
