This is more than just a job. It’s a mission.

As a Business Development and Capture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing Northrop Grumman UK’s presence across Multi Domain Integration and Command and Control (C2) within the defence and security sector. Reporting to the Head of Business Development (Maritime), you will identify, shape and secure new business opportunities across the UK and international markets.

  • Owning the full business development and capture lifecycle, from early customer engagement through to contract negotiation and award
  • Building and managing a robust, prioritised opportunity pipeline, with accurate forecasting and Salesforce reporting
