As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful solutions within agile software delivery teams. You will be embedded within a collaborative team environment, helping to guide decision-making, define requirements and ensure solutions meet both user needs and strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements in agile delivery environments
- Supporting Product Owners to prioritise and maintain well-defined backlogs aligned to project goals
- Facilitating workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement to clarify complex problems and drive decisions
- Applying systems thinking to understand wider organisational impacts and improve processes, services and technology
- Evaluating delivered solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and recommending enhancements where required
What you'll bring:
- Experience working within agile software delivery teams, including writing and managing user stories or tickets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
- Ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or GitLab
- Knowledge or experience within Defence, Security or highly regulated environments is beneficial
- A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
