Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage stakeholder relationships to support delivery priorities
  • Elicit, capture, and elaborate requirements, documenting them effectively without prescribing solutions
  • Build strong relationships with the user community and understand their underlying needs
  • Act as a proxy product owner when necessary to plan and prioritize work, especially in complex environments
  • Serve as a liaison between the delivery team and customers for developing and enhancing solutions

Your Experience:

Familiarity with agile software delivery, writing tickets, and representing the team in stakeholder meetings. Ability to incorporate systems thinking into project planning and contribute throughout the project lifecycle.
