As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of software solutions that protect the UK’s national security. Working within highly collaborative, Agile delivery teams, you will enable the development of applications that collect, analyse and present complex data, empowering our customers to make informed, time‑critical decisions.

You’ll operate as a servant‑leader, coach and facilitator, helping teams continuously improve how they work while fostering an environment of trust, learning and high performance. It’s an opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology, alongside talented professionals, on challenges that genuinely matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a servant‑leader, supporting Agile teams in the day‑to‑day operation of Lean‑Agile practices
  • Facilitate team‑of‑teams events such as Program Increment Planning, and support roadmap development to achieve shared objectives
  • Identify, surface and help remove impediments to team progress and delivery
  • Lead the identification of training and development needs for teams and individuals
  • Improve team and individual performance through coaching, mentoring and facilitation
  • Provide Agile coaching, advisory support and assurance across multiple teams where required

What You’ll Bring

  • Practical experience applying servant‑leadership within Agile delivery teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, practices and frameworks, particularly Scrum
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and organisational skills
  • An advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II or III, or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
  • Experience in Agile Coaching, or relevant qualifications such as ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC or ICE‑AC
