As a Graduate Business Delivery Analyst within our Cyber & Intelligence business, you will help customers understand their needs, improve processes and deliver solutions that create meaningful outcomes. Your work will contribute to critical national security, defence and digital transformation programmes.

Working alongside consultants, engineers and delivery teams, you will use research, analysis and structured problem-solving to support effective decision-making. You will also gain experience in project delivery, including planning, resourcing, financial management, change management and supplier engagement.

Our Graduate Programme

Our structured two-year Graduate Programme is designed to help you turn your academic knowledge and wider experience into practical business delivery expertise. Starting in September 2027, the programme will give you opportunities to contribute to different projects and workstreams, explore your professional interests and build the foundations for a long-term career. You will have a dedicated mentor, buddy, project lead and line manager, providing guidance and support throughout your development. From the beginning, you will contribute to meaningful work while learning from experienced consultants, engineers and delivery specialists.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct research and evidence-based analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities
• Gather, organise and manage business and user requirements
• Support workshops, interviews and other stakeholder engagement activities
• Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to ways of working
• Develop business cases, recommendations, reports and client presentations
• Work with delivery teams to translate customer requirements into effective solutions
• Support project planning, governance and delivery, including resources, risks, dependencies and change
• Assist with project financial reporting and forecasting
• Coordinate activities with suppliers, partners and other third parties
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for graduates who are curious, enjoy working through complex problems and want to build a career delivering positive change. You will be motivated to learn, comfortable collaborating with others and interested in how people, processes and technology come together to achieve successful outcomes.

Essential:

• A degree in Business, Management, Economics, STEM, Social Sciences or another relevant discipline (or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills through work experience or other training)
• A genuine interest in delivery, Agile, business analysis, digital transformation or change management
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• The ability to gather, organise and interpret information from multiple sources
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships with different stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• An understanding of business processes and how organisational change can affect people, processes and technology
• An understanding of business, commercial and financial concepts
• A proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team

Desired:

• Awareness of Agile delivery approaches
• Experience using analytical, presentation or process-mapping tools
• Experience of team projects, leadership responsibilities or customer-facing environments
• An interest in defence, national security or technology
