Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience or a High School diploma with 6 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Military ratings such as Navy CTM, ET, FCT or other similar Military or civilian experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic maintenance, equipment troubleshooting using electronic test equipment and devices
  • Must be able to work within a group or independently
  • Ability to travel is required
  • Individual will be required to climb ladders and use personnel lifts for heights to approximately 50 feet (using approved fall protection equipment), ascend and descend ~60 feet of stairs
  • Ability to install and uninstall (lift) devices weighing 50 pounds
  • Will work closely with other contractors and government customers
  • Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SCI and successfully complete a polygraph to stay in the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Conducted routine inspections and maintenance on satellite terminals, ground stations, and antennas
  • Experience troubleshooting and improving complex electrical systems
  • Military Electronic technician [ET]
  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance or similar Civilian experience
  • Experience with complex technical issues in the Radio System
  • Experience resolving technical issues in various electrical engineering projects

Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
