We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hands‑on Manager to lead our newly established CIDO Business Systems Applications Team. This leader will manage a team of three employees while also contributing directly to the development, support, and optimisation of business applications. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of applications specialists, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Actively participate in the development, implementation, and support of business applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and Enterprise.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, recommend solutions, and implement application enhancements.
- Manage and prioritise team workloads, projects, and support requests to meet deadlines and maintain service levels.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including processes, configurations, and training materials and Oversee application integrations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Analyse and resolve complex application issues, providing timely and effective solutions and guide the team in applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science-based field
- Prior experience in business applications development, implementation, or support and Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting application issues.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role within a small to mid‑sized team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in leading, collaborating, and developing cross functional teams on complex technical project
