Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.

Your Role

  • Conducting, coordinating and executing activities associated with the procurement of Triton items of supply to meet program outcomes.
  • Purchase Order (PO)/ Repair Order (RO) Lifecycle Management.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements.
  • A key output is the making sure that POs/Ros are raised and managed in accordance with policies, procedures and agreed timeframe expectations, and that the process is managed and tracked.

About You

  • You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger group, with a demonstrated ability to always liaise professionally, with both the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Millis is essential for this position.
  • Experience in inventory management and/or aircraft maintenance experience within an aviation environment would be advantageous.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Supply chain is desirable but not essential.
