Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements
  • Support the translation of complex business challenges into clear, structured insights that inform decision making
  • Produce high-quality documentation to enable effective delivery of change initiatives without prescribing solutions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including developers, testers and systems engineers
  • Facilitate meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  • Evaluate solutions against business needs and recommend improvements to processes, systems or ways of working

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex or ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in business analysis
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments

Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments and writing user stories or tickets
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitLab or Confluence
  • Experience or interest in the defence or security sectors
