My client are a well known Bank based in Oman. They are currently undergoing a significant transformation and are looking to increase their offering in a number of areas. As part of that growth, they are in the market for a new HR Consultant. They are seeking a strategic, execution-focused HR leader with the credibility and capability to operate at the CHRO level, while also bringing hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and evolving HR frameworks across the banking sector. This role demands a rare blend of visionary leadership, technical HR depth, and consulting agility, with a strong track record in banking environments is desirable. This role requires full relocation to Oman. The ideal candidate will have successfully led HR transformations from concept to execution – building frameworks, securing stakeholder buy-in, executing across functions, and continuously improving based on business impact and feedback.
