Residential Childcare Location: Preston and Surrounding Areas (Bamber Bridge, Walton-le-Dale, Lostock Hall, Leyland, Clayton-le-Woods, Chorley)
Salary: Up to £38,500 per annum
Hours: 39.2 per week
Shift pattern: 5 week rolling rota - 2 days on, 3 days off
Shift Times: 8am - 10pm followed by a sleep in
Sleep Ins: Approximately 12 sleep ins per month, £55 paid per sleep-in carried out.
Northridge Care Group is recruiting for a Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children's residential services. We operate a range of homes supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) as well as learning disabilities (LD) and additional complex needs.
This role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and delivering high-quality care within a children's residential home environment.
