Northridge Care Group is recruiting for a Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children's residential services. We operate a range of homes supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) as well as learning disabilities (LD) and additional complex needs. This role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and delivering high-quality care within a children's residential home environment.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to help lead and support a dedicated care team, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive and supportive environment for both staff and young people, leading by example and helping the team deliver high-quality, consistent care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead shifts within children's residential homes (EBD and LD services)
- Support and guide residential support workers on shift
- Deliver high-quality person-centred, trauma-informed care
- Support young people with EBD, learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Act as a key worker, implementing care and placement plans
- Promote independence, life skills, and positive outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and Ofsted standards
- Complete and oversee daily records, incident reports, and care documentation
- Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing residential environment
