Northreach is partnering with a growing specialist lender looking for an experienced Bridging Finance BDM to drive new business across the UK. This is a fully remote field-based role, ideal for someone with strong broker relationships and a proven track record in bridging or short-term property finance.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, introducers & intermediary partners
- Generate new bridging loan enquiries and grow regional pipelines
- Deliver product updates, training sessions and presentations to key partners
- Identify new opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to progress deals smoothly
- Attend industry events, networking sessions and roadshows
- Achieve monthly and quarterly origination targets
