THE ROLE We are seeking a Scientist to join our MSAT (Cell Process) team. This role involves close collaboration with the Process Development and GMP Manufacturing teams within our Manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for our therapies and advancing our next-generation products. This position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Scientist to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment focused on pioneering Treg therapies. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to the MSAT (Cell Process) team. Design, conduct, optimize, and evaluate new manufacturing processes within a GMP setting. Lead and manage MSAT activities across multiple projects with minimal supervision. Maintain organized, detailed documentation and establish relevant SOPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deadlines and objectives. Serve as a subject matter expert in immunology to support external collaborations. Assist in tech transfer activities for both internal and external facilities. Conduct root cause analysis and assess deviations impacting product quality. Author and review batch records, bills of materials, and change controls, evaluating the impact of any changes to processes, equipment, or procedures. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Experience Practical experience in implementing design of experiments for process development. Strong understanding of immunology and cell therapy. Expertise in cell-based techniques, including flow cytometry. Knowledge of tech transfer processes and experience working with CDMOs is desirable. Previous experience with GMP equipment. Technical Requirements Ability to conduct experiments independently. Resourceful and able to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
