We are partnering with a FinTech in the pensions and employee benefits sector who are scaling and looking to increase their market share. The Sales Manager is a critical role for their commercial growth plans. This is a new business revenue generating role where you will be responsible for growing the intermediary network to enhance lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities- Intermediary Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new accountant, IFA and EBC partners
- Build a structured pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals
- Establish the company as the go-to workplace pension provider
- Carry monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Close new employer pension opportunities via intermediary channel
- Build and execute structured partner business plans
- Drive consistent deal flow and pipeline growth
- Deliver in-person workshops, CPD sessions and presentations
- Increase referral volume and partner penetration
- Develop multi-contact relationships within larger firms
