What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Fluency in Mandarin is required to support our Mandarin-speaking users.
  • Experience in desktop support you're the go-to for solving Windows issues.
  • Hands‐on experience with printers and peripheral devices.
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with Windows Deployment Services (WDS) or similar tools.
  • Strong communication skills breaking down complex tech for non‐technical users.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently on multiple support tickets.
  • Experience in IT support within financial services or other regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and group policies.
