We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the IT operations within a fast-growing, innovative company in the biopharmaceutical sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructures, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, particularly within a regulated environment such as biotech, life sciences, or healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy, aligning it with organizational goals.
  • Oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and data privacy laws.
  • Implement and manage robust cybersecurity measures and data integrity protocols.
  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems.
  • Manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including remote working solutions.
