They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.
The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in aiding stakeholders to attain their performance objectives and drive forward the organisation's mission. Their goal is to elevate stakeholder efficiency and facilitate their peak performance. Possessing outstanding organisational skills, they handle administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Working behind the scenes, they take proactive measures to tackle business obstacles, offer dependable advice, and cultivate adaptable partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Provide elevated business and administrative support to the C suite.
- Anticipate stakeholders' and teams' needs, serving as their attentive support to maintain project focus and balance responsibilities.
- Coordinate complex and everāchanging schedules, including travel arrangements and logistics for meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications with stakeholders.
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and correspondence related to departmental activities.
- Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes within the department.
- Serve as an information source on administrative matters, supporting fellow department members as needed.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is essential. 5+ years, Biotech/Pharma experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse tasks with meticulous attention.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adapting to different situations.
- Comfortable making decisions independently in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy.
- Proficiency in Office 365 or similar tools, including collaboration platforms like Monday or Slack.
- Resourceful problem solver, finding solutions in uncertain scenarios.
- Effective communication across various levels and outside the organization.
- Previous experience in a fastāpaced biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
