We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for an exciting digital banking platform migration project based in Central London. This role is with a well-established financial institution undergoing a core banking transformation, including a version upgrade and system modernisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal project management function for the core banking migration using best practices.
• Oversee the migration and modernisation of a core banking system (Temenos T24/Transact).
• Ensure a smooth transition by managing both internal teams and partner resources.
• Drive the project towards timely delivery within budget and scope, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience (10+ years) managing multiple core banking system migrations, particularly Temenos T24/Transact.
• Experience in JBase to SQL, TAFC+ to TAFJ migration, and managing desktop client upgrades.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills, with an ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with UK financial regulations and relevant project management methodologies.
• PMP or equivalent certifications are a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working onsite in Central London for the duration of the project.
