The Head of Internal IT will play a pivotal role at the intersection of people, technology, and operations leading a high-performing IT team, driving global infrastructure strategy, and delivering a best-in-class employee technology experience.
The role Lead and manage the Internal IT team (1st/3rd line support), fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
Oversee and optimise the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Manage connectivity, networking, and infrastructure across international offices.
Own the provisioning, lifecycle management, and security of employee laptops and endpoints.
Coordinate vendors and provide technical oversight for key Saa S platforms (e. g.
Jira, Hub Spot, Confluence).
Develop and maintain robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
Partner with Security, Legal, and Office Management to align IT policies with compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvements across systems, tools, and workflows to support business growth.
The profile Proven experience leading an internal IT function, ideally in a scaling tech-driven business.
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise Saa S platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing IT teams.
Experience managing IT across multi-office, international environments.
Strong knowledge of IT security best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have Experience supporting hybrid or remote-first working models.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks.
Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
