We are partnering with a FinTech in the pensions and employee benefits sector who are scaling and looking to increase their market share by replacing traditional providers with outdated products with a modern and simple platform and app and straightforward product offering. They are looking for a Head of Growth who will utilise a data driven approach to improve revenue across existing customers and members.
Your goal is simple: understand what drives saver value up (or down), and systematically improve those drivers across product, marketing, employer engagement, and lifecycle design. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Data, Marketing, and Client Success, building a structured growth engine that improves both behavioural engagement and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities- Own B2C revenue Growth – Define and track key metrics. Build a clear view of revenue performance, develop forecasting models.
- Diagnose what drives value – Deep dive analysis on member behaviour across the full lifecycle, understand member drivers and retention patterns.
- Drive growth leverage – partner with client success and account management to improve adoption and execute strategy.
- Build growth operating model – Weekly growth reviews, implement dashboards that link member behaviour to revenue.
- Assemble a cross functional growth squad – build and lead a team to execute on growth strategy.
Strong analytical experience and hands on with SQL and other relevant tools. Prior experience owning revenue metrics. Experience in running and interpreting A/B tests. Experienced in analysing LTV, retention and monetisation drivers. Highly commercial mindset. Experience of collaborating across functions for commercial outcomes. Experience working in an early stage, scaling fintech environment. Understanding of B2B2C marketplace.
This role is hybrid – 3 days pw in central London. You must have full right to work in the UK.
