Northreach have partnered with an exciting biotechnology organisation based in London to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-level support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while managing a wide range of executive administrative responsibilities. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships across the business.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide Executive Assistant support to members of the leadership team.
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling telephone, video and face-to-face meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging visitor access and parking.
  • Book and manage travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Prepare documents, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Organise and maintain administrative systems, databases and filing systems.
  • Support the preparation of corporate documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external events.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and COO as required.
  • Carry out additional administrative duties to support the executive team.

What do I need to have?

  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Highly competent in diary management across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Experience handling confidential information with complete discretion.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, including Microsoft 365.
