What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 8–12 client websites, delivering technical SEO improvements to support long-term organic growth.
- Conduct technical audits, reviewing site architecture, internal linking, URL structures, and content performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations for content optimisation, metadata, headings, and internal linking frameworks.
- Analyse Core Web Vitals and page speed, proposing practical enhancements to improve performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical setups, redirects, hreflang, and structured data.
- Investigate ranking or traffic drops, diagnose root causes, and prioritise fixes.
- Collaborate with developers using clear briefs and ticketing to ensure correct implementation.
- Monitor site health, crawlability, indexation, and visibility using Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, and GSC.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum two years experience in a dedicated technical SEO role, ideally agency side.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, face-to-face).
- Ability to manage and grow accounts independently.
- Highly organised with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
- Confident setting boundaries and owning delivery.
- Advantage if you’ve used Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, WordPress or Shopify.
