We\’re Hiring: Client Executive / Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist lender focused on supporting UK trading businesses with short-term revolving credit facilities.

We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to develop broad experience across client operations, business development, and marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their finance career — or someone looking to step into the industry and make a real impact.

Full on-the-job training and mentorship
Hands-on experience with client management and credit operations
Direct exposure to business development and marketing activities

Monitoring client compliance with financial covenants and reporting
Managing payment performance and assisting with credit control
Preparing management information (MI) reports for senior leadership
Re-engaging with historic leads and building new client pipelines
Supporting marketing initiatives and attending industry events
Assisting with client records and database management

Some experience in banking, finance, or professional services (preferred, not essential)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
