We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to develop broad experience across client operations, business development, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily client relationships and operational support
- Monitoring client compliance with financial covenants and reporting
- Managing payment performance and assisting with credit control
- Preparing management information (MI) reports for senior leadership
- Supporting preparation of quotations and credit applications for new business
- Researching new markets and potential leads
- Re-engaging with historic leads and building new client pipelines
- Supporting marketing initiatives and attending industry events
- Assisting with client records and database management
We’re Looking For:
- Some experience in banking, finance, or professional services (preferred, not essential)
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- A strong work ethic and willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours
