An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist lender focused on supporting UK trading businesses with short-term revolving credit facilities. We’re looking for a motivated individual ready to develop broad experience across client operations, business development, and marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily client relationships and operational support
  • Monitoring client compliance with financial covenants and reporting
  • Managing payment performance and assisting with credit control
  • Preparing management information (MI) reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting preparation of quotations and credit applications for new business
  • Researching new markets and potential leads
  • Re-engaging with historic leads and building new client pipelines
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and attending industry events
  • Assisting with client records and database management

We’re Looking For:

  • Some experience in banking, finance, or professional services (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours
