- Proven leadership capability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Project delivery experience – process improvement, regulatory, technology
- Ability to translate commercial and business strategy into actionable operational objectives

This role would suit candidates in an operational role in a fintech who have managed teams of 8+ who have the ability and desire to step into a more strategic role just as easily as a fully fledged COO or VP of ops who has a hands-on delivery ethos. This role is hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in their offices in Aldgate.
