The Opportunity
Northreach is partnering with a growing and well-established financial services business to recruit an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Data Processor to join their Operations team in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at a junior level with some previous admin experience who is keen to develop their skills in a professional office environment. This role is fully onsite in Chelmsford.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Operations department. The position focuses on accurate data input, processing client information, handling documentation, and assisting internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an ideal role for someone organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career within financial services or office administration. You will work closely with Credit Control, Client Management, and wider Operations teams to ensure information is processed correctly, systems are kept up to date, and excellent service is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and inputting data accurately onto internal systems
- Updating client and debtor records
- Allocating and recording payments and receipts
- Reviewing and managing administrative paperwork
