The opportunity involves supporting a growing specialist property lender in the appointment of a Completions Coordinator to support the delivery of bridging finance transactions. Responsibilities
- Manage transactions from loan approval through to completion and drawdown
- Liaise daily with solicitors, brokers, borrowers, valuers, and internal underwriting teams
- Track conditions precedent, documentation requirements, and completion timelines
- Review completion packs and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain clear case updates and ensure files remain audit-ready
- Support pipeline management to ensure completion deadlines are achieved
- Identify and help resolve issues that could delay transactions
Requirements
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accurate document handling
- Confident communicator comfortable liaising with external partners
