The opportunity involves supporting a growing specialist property lender in the appointment of a Completions Coordinator to support the delivery of bridging finance transactions. Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions from loan approval through to completion and drawdown
  • Liaise daily with solicitors, brokers, borrowers, valuers, and internal underwriting teams
  • Track conditions precedent, documentation requirements, and completion timelines
  • Review completion packs and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain clear case updates and ensure files remain audit-ready
  • Support pipeline management to ensure completion deadlines are achieved
  • Identify and help resolve issues that could delay transactions
