This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong broker network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving commercial performance within a dynamic, product-led lending environment.

- Building, managing, and growing relationships with brokers, networks, and intermediaries
- Driving new business acquisition across the region
- Delivering product updates, workshops, and presentations to key partners
- Developing a deep understanding of lending products and criteria
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to completion in partnership with underwriting teams
- Attending industry events, roadshows, and broker visits to grow brand awareness
- Providing vital market feedback to shape future product development and strategy
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Experience as a BDM in specialist lending, e.g. personal loans, secured lending, consumer finance, mortgages, or fintech lending
- Strong broker/intermediary network within the South East region
- Proven track record of delivering against targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously with a commercial, solutions-led mindset
