We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Administrator to join a growing financial services organisation. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of loans throughout their lifecycle, ensuring key milestones are met and supporting successful loan redemption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and administer new and existing loan cases, including issuing introductory communications to borrowers.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, ensuring all required documentation and correspondence is correctly filed.
  • Monitor loan performance throughout the term and identify potential risks that could impact repayment.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and searches on active loans.
  • Track key milestones, events, and loan conditions, ensuring all obligations are met.
  • Monitor interest payment schedules, record payments, and follow up on any outstanding amounts.
  • Identify loans that may exceed agreed terms and escalate concerns with recommended actions.
  • Manage breaches of loan conditions and support the implementation of appropriate remedial measures.
  • Welcome new customers and act as a key point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle.
