- Naturally curious and interested in people and businesses
- Comfortable asking questions and keeping a conversation going
- Positive, energetic and willing to get involved
- Organised and dependable
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

- Able to listen and take on constructive feedback
- Resilient when things do not go to plan
- Motivated by achieving goals and seeing progress

- Ambitions and interested in developing a career rather than simply finding a job
You do not need to be the loudest person in the room.
We do, however, want someone who has something about them — whether that comes from sport, work, education, hobbies, volunteering, a personal interest or something they have worked hard to achieve.
We want people who can talk passionately about something and who are interested in learning about other people.
Your responsibilities will increase as you develop professionally.
Targets will develop alongside your experience rather than expecting you to operate as a fully trained recruiter from day one.
