This role sits directly within the R&D team, supporting programmes through hands-on lab work that feeds into real experimental and development decisions.
What You Will Be Doing- Isolate and work with primary immune cells including PBMCs and T cells from human blood
- Culture and maintain primary and mammalian cells under aseptic conditions
- Run flow cytometry assays including immunophenotyping and functional analysis
- Support and optimise functional assays such as cytotoxicity, cytokine release, and proliferation
- Contribute to T cell and cell therapy workflows
- Analyse and present data to internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate experimental records including ELNs and SOPs
- BSc or MSc in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field
- Hands-on PBMC isolation experience using human blood samples
- Experience with primary and mammalian cell culture
- Practical flow cytometry experience using tools such as FlowJo
- Prior industry experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO
- Experience with cell separation techniques such as MACS
- Exposure to functional immunology assays
- Any experience in cell therapy, CAR-T, or T cell biology
- Work directly with primary human samples in a programme-driven R&D environment
