We’re seeking confident, reliable Exam Invigilators to join our dynamic Exams Team and help create a calm, fair and supportive environment for students sitting both external and mock assessments throughout the year.

You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of exam days — preparing rooms, organising papers, guiding students, and ensuring all regulations are followed with professionalism and care. This role suits someone who is organised, methodical, and able to communicate clearly while remaining composed under pressure.

Flexible hours make this a great opportunity for someone local who’s looking for occasional work. We ask for a minimum availability of three days a week (or 6 sessions), and in return you’ll receive full induction training and the support of our experienced, friendly team.

Invigilators are needed for mock exams held across the academic year — with dates shared each September — as well as the main external exam season from May to June each year.
